Troubleshooting
Diagnose common project, Runtime and visualization issues in the correct order.
A value is missing
- Confirm the source object and port exist.
- Inspect binding type and unit compatibility.
- Check signal quality, not only the displayed fallback value.
- Confirm Engineering Preview versus Site Runtime source.
- Verify the active Runtime revision contains the object.
Deployment cannot start
Check project validation, selected target, package mode, Production signature trust and network/tunnel reachability. A local bundle export does not transfer the project.
Graphic command is disabled
Confirm that the command port is bound, the active bundle resolves it to one writable Point and current role permits operation. Check readback and audit results for a failed command.
Chart has no history
Confirm the Chart series uses the intended source mode. Retained history requires a Data Storage relationship, active Runtime sampling and records inside the selected time range.
MCP returns unauthorized
Check that the token has not expired or been revoked, still belongs to an active project, and its creator still has organization membership, an Engineering Seat and valid subscription state.
